Introduction

European projects are a special opportunity for study and develop pilot actions in a cooperative manner; the Italy-France Maritime program has funded a project cluster aimed at understanding the scope and conditions of introduction and dissemination of infrastructure and facilities for LNG. Furthermore, the projects are pivots for activities on the territory of knowledge, promotion and social acceptance, creating synergies between partners and national and local actors, as evidenced by the correlation with the activities carried out by the Maritime Directorate.
